1. Description of the Service
Ramelis is a platform that lets you train an AI persona by describing yourself through interviews and conversation, and then talk with that persona. This is a reflection / self-understanding tool — it is NOT psychological treatment, therapy, or a medical service, and it does not substitute for them.
2. Age Requirement
You must be over 18 to use this service. The platform is not designed for users who are not of legal age.
3. Guardian Mechanism — Important: This Is Not a Real Inheritance or Will Arrangement
People you designate as "guardians" on the platform can gain access to your persona once your passing and the conditions defined on the platform (see the Guardianship panel — independent guardian notification, mourning period, handover window) have occurred. This has NOTHING TO DO with a will, inheritance distribution, or legal guardianship appointment under Turkish law — it is only an in-platform access authorization based on your consent. For actual inheritance or estate arrangements, you should consult a notary or a lawyer. Appointing a "guardian" on Ramelis creates no right whatsoever over your assets, bank accounts, or any other digital or physical property — it is limited solely to access to your persona on this platform.
The entire platform, including a guardian's post-mortem access to a persona, is provided for entertainment and personal-reflection purposes; no response generated by a persona can be treated as the deceased person's genuine statement, will, or intent. Responsibility for content generated in this context does not rest with Ramelis.com or the legal entity operating the platform.
4. Data Processing
For detailed information on how your personal data is processed, read the Privacy Notice. Before entering flows that collect special-category data, such as interviews and the IPIP personality test, your separate and explicit consent is also requested.
5. Limitation of Liability and Nature of Content
Ramelis is a platform provided for entertainment and personal-reflection purposes. The responses your persona produces are generated by AI; there is no guarantee that they will reflect the real person (you, or a deceased loved one) exactly, without error, or in the way that person actually spoke or thought, and these responses cannot be treated as that person's genuine statements. Responsibility for content generated by a persona rests with the user who created or uses that persona — not with Ramelis.com or the legal entity operating the platform. The platform is provided "as is"; uninterrupted or error-free operation of the service is not guaranteed.
6. Pricing, Subscription and Cancellation
Paid plans are monthly subscriptions and renew automatically at the end of each period. Payments are collected by Paddle.com Market Limited acting as merchant of record; your invoice is issued by Paddle, and your card details are never stored on Ramelis servers.
You can cancel your subscription at any time, in one click, from the Wallet page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period you are currently in: until that date you keep every feature of your plan, after which you return to the free plan. Your persona and your data are not affected. The amount paid for the period in progress is not refunded. Your mandatory withdrawal and refund rights under applicable consumer law are reserved; Paddle, as merchant of record, may also apply its own buyer protection policy.
The balance you add to your Wallet is a prepayment for usage beyond your plan allowance and is drawn down at real usage cost. Unused balance cannot be converted to cash or transferred to another account.
7. Account and Data Deletion
You can permanently delete your account and all of your data at any time from the Settings page. This action cannot be undone.
8. Changes
These terms may be updated as the platform evolves. You will be reasonably notified of any significant changes.
