6. Pricing, Subscription and Cancellation
Paid plans are monthly subscriptions and renew automatically at the end of each period. Payments are collected by Paddle.com Market Limited acting as merchant of record; your invoice is issued by Paddle, and your card details are never stored on Ramelis servers.
You can cancel your subscription at any time, in one click, from the Wallet page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period you are currently in: until that date you keep every feature of your plan, after which you return to the free plan. Your persona and your data are not affected. The amount paid for the period in progress is not refunded. Your mandatory withdrawal and refund rights under applicable consumer law are reserved; Paddle, as merchant of record, may also apply its own buyer protection policy.
The balance you add to your Wallet is a prepayment for usage beyond your plan allowance and is drawn down at real usage cost. Unused balance cannot be converted to cash or transferred to another account.
