Each plan includes a conversation allowance you can use over that month; chatting, sessions, and voice messages all draw from the same allowance.

Your account doesn't shut down the moment your conversation allowance runs out. If you've topped up your Wallet, whatever goes beyond your plan is drawn from that balance at real usage cost — you pay only for what you use. If your Wallet is empty, you can wait for your allowance to reset or move up a plan.
Cancel whenever you want
You can cancel your subscription from the Wallet page in one click — no emails to write, no other site to visit. When you cancel, you keep your plan until the end of the period you've paid for; on that date your account returns to the free plan. Your persona, your memories and all your data stay where they are. The amount paid for the current period is not refunded — details in the Terms of Use.
